Here are images and thoughts about a road trip to the east coast of the US.

Was it worth the cost of gas, campgrounds, motels, B&Bs?

Well, mostly the local inhabitants spoke recognizable English. We had opportunities to visit friends, mostly old but some young. We had the chance to see how the country changed, or resisted the forces of change. Follow along and share our experience, without having to sit behind the wheel while the miles rolled past.
